Refund Policy

Tickets and participant entries are not refundable. The only exception is a serious reason that stops you from attending, and you must prove it with a supporting document, such as a medical certificate. Without proof, we do not refund.

Send your order details and your proof on WhatsApp to +33 7 83 63 38 37. We review each request. If we accept it, we refund the original payment method within 14 days.

If we cancel the event, we refund your tickets and entries. You do not need to send any proof.

Tickets and entries for an event on a set date have no 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28, 12°). Your other statutory consumer rights are not affected.
